OrganiCity was a EU-funded project wich provided a service for experimentation. They explored how citizens, businesses and city authorities can work together to create digital solutions to urban challenges and created a Do It Yourself OrganiCity Playbook .
They developed the OrganiCity Playbook which provides an overview of what Experimentation as a Service is and a quick-start guide for how you can take the OrganiCity vision forward.
